What's New?

It's taken some time but we now have our brand new Plug and Save website online.  We've launched it to coincide with an upgrade of our powersavers to version 9.

We've completely rewritten the site based on about a year of feedback and the benefits to you are many:

1)  You can now pay by credit card
This is a huge development for us and we're very proud to have been accepted for a merchant account to process payments securely online.

2)  Lots more testimonials - including audio
We have updated our testimonials page with many more testimonials that you can actually listen to.  We'll be adding video testimonials shortly too to fill you with confidence.

3)  New Powersaver 9's
We've been working closely with our manufacturers to reduce the weight of the powersaver 8's.  Our powersa ver 9's have exactly the same capacity as our older units but are packed into a much smaller and even more robust case.

4)  Significantly lower postage costs
We hear you!  Postage from Thailand can be expensive but, now our powersavers are so much lighter to ship, postage costs have been reduced by about 25% - with savings of around $20 - $30 per unit.

5)  Wire your powersaver into your breaker circuit without affecting your warranty.
One thing we've been aware of for a long time is that, because our powersavers work per-circuit customers might need to order more than one per household.  Whilst we urge you to contract an expert to make changes for you, you can connect your powersaver 9 before your circuit breaker or into a central air-conditioning system by removing the plug and connecting the wires to the circuit.  Tampering with the plug or the external wired no longer affects our warranty terms and our 90-day guarantee and 2 year guarantee will not be affected.

6)  Live Support & More Contact Details
As I'm personally based in Thailand it's sometimes difficult for me to find a practical time to speak to those of you in Europe and the USA.  That said I genuinely love speaking with you so I will make more of an effort here.  Shortly I'll be adding some phone / voicemail numbers to the contact page and we now have a Live support feature online where you can text chat live to either myself or to Natasha, one of our new customer service reps who'll be online frequently.
