If at any time you do not feel that your PowerSaver is saving you money then simply return the unit to us and we will issue you a prompt refund.
You can return your order at any time however we recommend that you test the unit for at least 2 months because some electric companies calculate your costs based on your historical usage and make adjustments every few months.
In the unlikely even that you are not happy with your order for whatever reason please just let us know. We will do everything we can to resolve any problems you have. If you do not believe we've been able to resolve your problem, please just ask us for our return postal address and send your powersavers back.
As long as you have not opened the casing of our powersaver then we will issue you a refund within 24 hours. This money-back guarantee does not include postal costs.
Delivery Guarantee
We have a comprehensive quality control system in place to ensure your order works perfectly before it is shipped.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your order is packed safely, there might be rare occasions when your order arrives damaged. This could be due to a rough transit by the postal service, or your powersaver might have become victim of overzealous customs inspectors.
If your powersaver arrives physically damaged and / or the tamper-proof seals have been ripped we will replace your order by EMS 5-7 day delivery and will pay all charges for your return postage.
To have your order replaced you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Guarantee From Defects
We will replace or repair your unit for free if it stops working within 2 years of purchasing it provided that it has been kept in good condition and that it has not been opened. Just contact us and we will provide return details.
We recognize that you may wish to remove the plug from our powersaver in order to connect it into a circuit breaker or central air conditioning system. We will gladly honor our guarantee to you even if you have modified the wire or plug in your unit.
This replacement policy does not cover postage fees.
