Your order is protected by a 100% 90-day guarantee.  If at any time you do not feel that your PowerSaver is saving you money then simply return the unit to us and we will issue you a prompt refund. 

We ask that you test the unit for at least 2 months because some electric companies calculate your costs based on your historical usage and make adjustments every few months. 

In the unlikely even that you are not happy with your order for whatever reason please inform us by email.  Possibly we will be able to help you resolve any problems you've experienced.  If not then we will gladly provide you postal instructions for returning your units.  Please do not return your unit without contact us first, otherwise you may not use the correct postal address and we will not receive your return.

Our guarantee does not include postal costs.

We will replace your unit for free if it stops working within 2 years of purchasing it provided that it has been kept in good condition. Simple contact us and we will provide return details.  Our replacement policy does not cover postage fees.
