6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee

We are so confident that you will benefit from our products that you can return them up to six months after you place your order if you realize savings below 15%. To be eligible for this refund you must demonstrate that you have correctly installed and used your Powersaver for a minimum of 3 months and that your electric bill has not decreased compared to your previous year.

This guarantee also includes the original outbound shipping costs for orders within the USA.

Plug and Save provides that, if within twelve (12) years from your date of purchase, your Powersaver product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship or damage by lightning, Plug and Save's Manufacturer will repair or replace the affected unit free of charge.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

(A) Accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse.

(B) Units which have been opened, taken apart or subjected to unauthorized repair.

(C) Units which have not been installed or used in accordance with instructions.

(D) Riots, civil disturbances, war or other related acts of God.

This warranty does not apply to damages claimed in excess of the cost of the installed units.

Return shipping costs are required.

You are free to return your Powersaver units back to us for a full refund within 2 weeks of placing your order. Refunds will only be made if your unit is returned in resellable condition, in its original packaging with all peripherals and documents. This refund policy excludes outbound postage costs.

In no event shall Plug and Save, The True Potential Group Inc or the employees of said businesses be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of our product. In no event will Plug and Save be liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability, exceed the product cost paid by you. All legal disputes arising with our powersaver products will be directed solely to our manufacturer.

We do not accept responsibility for losses or delays caused in transit once your order has been shipped. All orders are trackable and insured therefore, if for any reason you order fails to arrive we will gladly investigate it and, where necessary, will provide you with a replacement. In the very unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to notify us within 1 day. We will replace it on return and will cover all postage costs at our discretion.

Orders within the USA are posted by UPS or Fedex shipping, orders elsewhere are posted by USPS. We reserve the right to change shipping companies at any time if we believe it will improve your level of service.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions for whatever reason we deem appropriate. Every effort will be made to notify you of such changes in advance where possible.
